What should I bring?
Linens sheets and pillowcases for double and twin size beds; toiletries, including toilet paper; cleaning supplies for dishes, floors and bathroom; food and drink. Also, please bring camp chairs and lawn chairs.
What deposit is required to book a cottage?
A deposit of $250.00 must be received within 10 days of placing the reservation. The balance owing will be payable on arrival. This deposit is non-refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and debit card. We no longer accept cheques unless certified.
What is your policy for additional overnight guests?
You must adhere to the maximum number of guest per cottage except by permission. The charge for extra persons is $25/day. $125/week when permitted.
When is check in/check out?
Summer check-in time is 3:00 p.m. each Saturday, and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Guests are welcome to come early and stay late as long as the cottages are vacated so they can be inspected and cleaned as needed between guests. Spring, Fall, and Winter check-in is 1 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m daily.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Yes. However, an $150.00 charge will be applied to cottages not left clean enough for our next guests.
Do you have watercraft for rent?
Yes. The pricing is as follows:

- Applicable taxes (13%) and gasoline are additional.
- All boats, lifejackets and other equipment must be signed in and out.
- All boating safety rules and regulations must be obeyed or you forfeit your boat with no refund.
- While we have a selection of adult life jackets for the rental boats, we do recommend you bring your own lifejackets for yourself and the children to ensure the proper size and fit.
- Persons born 1988 or later require an operators license in order to rent or operate a motorized boat.
What is your cancellation policy?
For summer weekly rentals, if the reservation cancellation is received with less than 4 weeks notice the balance of the rental cost will be billed to the credit card on file. A refund will be issued only if the cottage can be rebooked for the full rental period minus a 20% administration fee. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
